Kids
Fusing fitness, fundamentals, and fun, our kid-focused programs are the heart and soul of BTT. Teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu through effective techniques and activities, we aim to engage each student on multiple levels. Our kids’ program is split into age/skill levels; Little Ninjas, Big Kids, and Teens. These programs are designed to maximize the developmental benefits as well as to keep them coming back for more! This is our biggest program and #1 in the region for a reason.
Kid’s Fundamentals
The goal for this age group is to focus on the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while also having fun. These sessions often include tactical games, drilling, positional work and live rolls (once approved by the coach).
Kid’s and Teen’s Gi
This class focuses on reinforcing the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while introducing new types of guards, passing systems and age appropriate submissions. These sessions include warm ups, technique time, drilling, positional work and live rolls.
Kid’s and Teen’s NoGi
This class focuses on reinforcing the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu while introducing more advanced types of guards, passing systems and submission chains. These sessions include warm ups, technique time, drilling, positional work and live rolls.
